Design

Ella is a bollard with high ambitions – produced by PrismaTibro AB.

Ella is designed to match the Ellie luminaire – also produced by Prisma Light. The latest LED and communication technologies ensure that Ella provides the right amount of light when and where it is required for the safety and comfort of people.

Ella is well suited for parks, paths, plazas, parking lots, pedestrian areas etc. and multiple SMART functionalities have been integrated in order to enhance pedestrian safety e.g. when crossing the road. This is also known as AID (Activate, Interact & Deactivate).

• Activate
  Activating Prisma Light Ella AID requires an active action, a swipe in front of the sensors or a push on the lid. Then the bollard will start flashing orange light.
• Interact
  The purpose of the bollard is to create attention and interaction between motorists and pedestrians.
•  Deactivate
  When the pedestrian has passed, the bollard no longer flashes. Prisma Light Ella AID is thus a solution that warns only when the warning is actually needed.
